Chi-Lin Chen
An illustrator, art creator, and an explorer bridging the worlds of technology and art.
Currently the Integrated Marketing Manager at Cite Publishing Ltd.’s Home Computer Division, she has over 12 years of cross-disciplinary collaboration experience and has worked on creative projects of various forms with brands such as Taiwan Mobile, The News Lens, and Taiwan Optical Co.
A graduate of the Fine Arts Department at the National Taiwan University of Arts, she has served as a full-time art teacher for more than five years, teaching illustration, picture–text creation, watercolor sketching, and body painting, with extensive experience in art education across all age groups.
Since 2020, her creative journey has expanded into the realm of physical performance art—from swing jazz dance to underwater dance and tap—and she has led multiple swing dance workshops.
In her work, visual art and body performance intertwine, blending the rationality of technology with the sensitivity of art to form a distinctive narrative style.
She enjoys drawing with the spontaneity of a child, believing that children are our best teachers, and continues to learn to see and create as they do—with sincerity, freedom, and without limitations.
